Graham is available to teach other groups by arrangement. He regularly presents one day workshops on Yoga Therapy from a City Centre Location (details from clinic reception).

Yoga Therapist
Graham Watts has specialised in the field of addiction for most of his career and holds a Diploma in Counselling having trained in Person Centred Therapy with Strathclyde University.
He also holds both the LCCH Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and the Diploma in Stress Management and is also a qualified Reiki practitioner & has completed his training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
With over 25 years experience of Yoga & Meditation, Graham has the ability to deliver therapeutic results.
His Knowledge and skill through the practice and teaching of Aikido (1st Dan) and Yoga in addition to his teacher training undertaken in Kerala, India at the Srivananda Ashram combine to make him an exceptional teacher.
He has also practiced Yoga with Mary Stewart (London) and Meditation with the Dalai Lama in India.
Graham also practices as a Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist from the Harvest Clinic. He was Agony Uncle with The Big Issue for 5 years and also works as a Therapy Consultant to BBC Scotland having presented his programmes on related issues.
